Why are your prices so low? Are your items authentic?
100% authentic – always! We source directly from Japan and keep our profit margin low to make sure fans can enjoy official anime toys without breaking the bank.
We focus on fast stock turnover instead of high markups – so the more people buy, the more cool stuff we can keep bringing in.

Can I choose the exact item I want, or are some products random?
Most of our products – including gachapon, Banpresto figures, and model kits – are sold individually and clearly listed, so you know exactly what you're getting.
If any item is sold as a blind box or has random content, we’ll always mark it clearly in the product description. No surprises!

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. If you're based outside the UK, feel free to message us and we’ll see what we can do. We're working on expanding in future!
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
Once your parcel is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on the courier.
