🔁 Refund & Return Policy
We hope you’re happy with your purchase! But if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
✅ Returns Eligibility
• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for items that are:
• Opened or used
• On sale or marked as clearance
• Pre-order items (unless faulty or damaged)
📦 How to Request a Return
1. Email us at info@toysforest.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
💰 Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
🚫 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.

📊 Package Grading
As many of our products are aimed at collectors, we aim to ship items in excellent condition. However, please note:
• Some products may arrive with minor imperfections to the outer box, especially if imported from Japan.
• These do not affect the figure/toy itself, and are not considered defective.
• If you are a strict box collector, please contact us before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
